All on one floor, this secluded cottage offers one double bedroom with ensuite shower/WC, a double bedroom and a bunk bedroom. A family bathroom with shower over the bath. A further WC next to the bunk bedroom. A fully fitted contemporary kitchen with all appliances except washing machine. A beautiful bright living room with fire place, Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, with the addition of a double sofa bed. The cottage boasts a stone terrace to the front with relaxed seating, the terrace continues to the side of the property offering a delightful space with stone-built barbeque, large table and benches along with a pretty wrought iron arbour, all surrounded by mature gardens.. Nestled at the foot of the beautiful Dovestone Reservoir, Dovestone Holiday Park borders the Peak District National Park and is just 3 miles from the Pennine Way, offering that quintessential relaxing break.
This idyllic location is the perfect setting, within easy reach of Bronte Country, ’Last of the Summer Wine’ town of Holmfirth and visitor attractions such as the Blue John Caves, Buxton Opera House and the Saddleworth Canal.

A £200 security deposit will be required on arrival which will need to be paid on a credit card. At the end of the holiday, and once the lodge has been checked the deposit will be refunded to you less any costs incurred for broken, missing items or soiling in the cabin. You will receive the refunded deposit/balance within 7 days of your holiday end.
If you are arriving late you will need to pay your security deposit in advance. We regret that if a deposit is not received we will not be able to provide you with access to your holiday Lodge.
Dovestone Holiday Park will not allow any single sex parties under the age of 30. If you are a single sex party over the age of 30 please call 0345 498 6003 to check before booking.
Please be aware the park will strictly not allow any bookings after 8:30pm.

Security Deposit
Before we can hand over the keys to one of our properties, we will require you to check in online via the link emailed to you and on arrival provide an original photo ID, preferably driving licence or passport with matching credit or debit card that will be pre authorised for £100 for a security deposit. This will be released once we have checked the property after your departure.
Group Bookings/Party Types
Due to the peaceful nature of the site no single sex parties under the age of 30 are allowed. If you are a single sex party over the age of 30 please call the park before booking (or you may be refused entry).

Please contact the site directly to arrange you check in time, unfortunately the park cannot accept any arrivals after 8:00pm.
Accommodation Information
The WiFi onsite is only suitable for email usage and can be temperamental due to the signal strength in the area. Pods are not equipped with Wi-Fi but you may be able to pick up a signal outside your accommodation and our office.
We ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided on entry to the site and our office.

“Please note that if you are checking into a Pod on a Wednesday, you need to arrive by 4pm at the latest as the office will be closed after this time. This is a strict check-in time for Wednesdays only.”
